gta sa is totaly the best gta if not best game in the world. But like SuperJerame said it is the runnr up. I do think it is a little annoying having to protect your hood in sa but gta 4 has better graphics and lock on control

Shut up, SA was more fun than 4, it doesn’t matter about the graphics n physics being better, SA was more entertaining. I hope Rockstar builds on this to make the next game more fun.

Perfect, couldn’t have said it better myself. I dont get why people dont understand that GTA4 is the equilivent of GTA3, except Next Gen, which is why its called GTA4 and not GTA – Return to Liberty City or something.
GTA3, Vice City, and San Andreas all used the same game engine and built on it. GTA4 is the brand new base, and nobody can deny its 100x better than the previous ones. EVERYTHING is improved.
By the time they get a real new entry in GTA4 series, it’ll be awesome.

@ProjectGibix so…u basicaly expect the R* to use the new engine and therefor rebeuld ALL of the old content from scrach ? well if you wanted the game to be in development for another 4 years than good for you. i know its a sequel and it therfore should improve things and it did, the engine, graphics etc. sure it lacks content but its like gta 3 , its the firs building block of the new generation and if you cant wait for the new content in the next gta then just play the episodes of l.c.

@ProjectGibix i understand dude,i hadn’t heard too many cool things about GTA 4 aside from how good the graphics were.it did lack alotta the fun extra that made ppl love all the other games in the gta series,which kinda sucks.without the fun extra content,the game feels kinda incomplete.

Dig deeper into this game. They lost alot of things but gained so much.
The gameplay itself was vastly, VASTLY improved in GTA4. The absolute only thing they left out was fun extra content.

@DumFrickProductions GTA wasn’t intended for a younger audience in the first place. I didn’t stop me of course from playing it when I was about 15 lol.

And I know what I can do in GTA4, I can still run amok like a crazy maniac but there was so much more I wanted to do. Like I said earlier, I wanted to do the craziest possible like driving a tank through a shopping mall.

@ProjectGibix I didn’t mean AO, sorry. I meant that it would make parents treat the violence aspect of it as if it were an AO game. Also, GTA IV does exactly what you said; it makes it possible to simulate something that you would never do in real life. Same thing as something you physically couldn’t do.

@DumFrickProductions And that is why I didn’t find the game fun. Realism. Video games are a way of escaping normal everyday life to do stuff you’ve always wanted to do. Chainsaws would make the game AO? Since when!?

@ProjectGibix All that just contributes to making the game more realistic (other than getting muscle). The POINT of GTA IV is to basically live in a normal, realistic city as a normal person who’s only “superpower” is 5 times more health than peds. Cops wouldnt drive tanks through a city like in SA. Jet packs don’t really exist yet in such a simple form as in SA, chainsaws would make the game rated AO, Liberty City is meant to be one city, and its kinda hard to break into a commericial jet.

@ProjectGibix I have feelings about all of the games too. Remember playing gta vice city on ps2, sitting there with my brothers and beating up policemen, then san andreas made you becoming fat, jetpacks unbeliveable fun. Then gta 4 came. THEY REMOVED EVERYTHING. Just the graphics were improved, and the multiplayer, it had pedistrians now. But still. I think vice city is best tho.
