If a person copied his content, copied all his work, copied all his lines, copied it like it was photocopied, that’s plagiarism. But if a person takes a “concept” that was originally developed by the AVGN and add twists to it and make it their own style, that’s inspiration.
By your definition of plagiarism, Al Jazeera plagiarised CNN.

I don’t have a problem with any of those except for the Irate Gamer, and that’s not because of anything related to AVGN (although there is the whole “several lines copied exactly from the TMNT review” thing). I dislike the Irate Gamer because he is a douche nozzle. If you’ve ever communicated with him, he’s childish, blocks anyone who disagrees with him, and likes dragonball evolution (the worst crime of all). Seriously though, the guy’s a complete dick.
