It´s been a while since I uploaded my last MPC video and this video is the reason for that.
This is my biggest MPC project to date, I started this like a year ago but one day my hard drive broke and I lost all my unfinished projects, so about 3 weeks ago I decided to start this medley once again.
This was so much fun to make, I worked for 3 weeks for around 1 or 2 hours per day using the original soundfont, 45 files were used for almost 10 minutes of music.
All of the songs were made by ear, and some by memory and as usual I aimed for creative remixes of each theme and smooth transitions, I tried to give some chronological order to the songs going from the early arcades to the Wii era (I skipped the Gamecube era because I was near the 10 minutes time limit of youtube, I was gonna include Dragon Roost Island and MKDD´s Rainbow Road, maybe next time.
All of the songs included in this medley are from Video games that I grew up playing, so before posting comments like “where´s the PS2 and XBox love?” remember that I´m a big Nintendo fan since I was a child.

TimeSplitters 2 (PS2) Online with Xlink [12/22/09]

This is video of an online match of Timesplitters 2 that was played online with a program called Xlink Kai.
We usually play with powerups off, but the host of this match forgot to do that. It is very annoying aiming out shrunk down players when you have no reticle.
This multiplayer game of Timesplitters 2 was played with a program called Xlink Kai ( http://www.teamxlink.co.uk/ ) .It lets you play PS2 games online even once their online servers are taken down. This means that playstation 2 games can be played online forever. The catch is it only works with games with a LAN mode. This is because the program uses a games LAN to trick the game into thinking players across the world are playing on its Local Area Network (LAN). Here is a list of games for North America that have a LAN mode so can be played online forever with Xlink Kai ( http://playstation2.onlineconsoles.com/phpBB2/content_gameslist_link.php ).
