Video Game Boss Collection – Sega Megadrive (Genesis) Vol 2 – Just Plain Crappy Boss Fights
Note: Just because a boss is in the video – doesn’t mean I hate the games. Far from it. I’m posting this here because there are a billion and one Sonic fanboys that freak when-ever anyone says anything negative about their beloved classics. Listen. Sonic 2 is definately in my top 3 favourite games of all time. Definately. I love it to bits. But the Hill Top boss is just terrible. Even as a kid, I discovered that trick almost straight away. It hardly counts as a boss.
Right. Now that’s over and done with… hey a video.
I expect about 50% of the comments on this video are going to be “Er.. welcome back again ACE”.
This year has been a little bit silly, eh?
There will be a full on apology when I upload the X3 video.
Long story short – no my wrists and hands (yes. HANDS. Both of them were affected) are not better, but yes i’ll be trying to update in spite of it. My playing ability will just be a bit crap for a while.
Very Quick Note:
I may be a bit unfair on the Busby fight.. there’s nothing overly wrong with it.. except I got such a blergh vibe whilst playing it I just can’t think of anything positive about it. You’re watching my first recording there folks. That’s no joke.
That is utterly ridiculous for a final boss.

EVOLUTION
FROM ALLgames.COM
NOTES: This was produced in January 2006 for game developer DAVID PERRY. It had to be two minutes and thirty seconds long, for an audience of non-gamers, and was to show what games might look like 5 years from now. Thus why some pre-rendered PS3 videos, and cut scenes were used. As for why there is no RPG collection, we thought about starting with Zork text and evolving but realized for a non gamer audience it wouldn’t be easy to quickly explain role playing in a few clips. We will be doing a series of these in the future, check back.
A short trip through the evolution of video games. From pixel to polygons, atari to HD, this is a visual ride through various video game genres as they evolved with new technology and talent from game developers.
The clip was produced for a presentation made by game developer David Perry at the prestigious TED Conference in Marin County. www.ted.com

Evolution of Video Games Epic Medley (Music from 22 video games) Made on Mario Paint Composer
It´s been a while since I uploaded my last MPC video and this video is the reason for that.
This is my biggest MPC project to date, I started this like a year ago but one day my hard drive broke and I lost all my unfinished projects, so about 3 weeks ago I decided to start this medley once again.
This was so much fun to make, I worked for 3 weeks for around 1 or 2 hours per day using the original soundfont, 45 files were used for almost 10 minutes of music.
All of the songs were made by ear, and some by memory and as usual I aimed for creative remixes of each theme and smooth transitions, I tried to give some chronological order to the songs going from the early arcades to the Wii era (I skipped the Gamecube era because I was near the 10 minutes time limit of youtube, I was gonna include Dragon Roost Island and MKDD´s Rainbow Road, maybe next time.
All of the songs included in this medley are from Video games that I grew up playing, so before posting comments like “where´s the PS2 and XBox love?” remember that I´m a big Nintendo fan since I was a child.
Thanks a lot to Levus28 for recording this video for me with great quality.
In case u live under a rock and don´t know who he is here is a link to his channel.

Well, I will edit the description later to add whatever I forgot to mention.
Here is the song list of this medley, if this is your first time watching this video PLEASE DON´T read it, just ignore it and enjoy (I guess I just want to keep the surprise factor for first time listeners).
Enjoy!

Classic Game Room buys a SEGA SATURN video game console
It’s an ADVENTURE!! Classic Game Room buys a SEGA SATURN video game console system!!! This action packed behind the scenes adventure film follows Classic Game Room to the front lines of video editing all the way into Squirrel Hill to buy a used Sega Saturn. The Saturn was not one of Sega’s most successful video game consoles, in fact you could say it failed horribly. However, that doesn’t mean that there aren’t some great games for it like Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, Virtua Fighter 2, Darius Gaiden, DoDonPachi, Doom, Shenmue, Guardian Heroes, Panzer Dragoon Zwei II, Sega Rally, Shining Force III, Snatcher and Sonic Jam. It is well known for 2D games like vertical and horizontal scrolling shooters, or SHMUPS like Gunbird. The SHMUP genre was never as popular in the United States and most people didn’t give a hoot about the Saturn because they were too busy playing Playstation back in the mid to late 1990′s. Well, whatever. Classic Game Room certainly doesn’t care if most other people thumbed their nose at it, we’re getting one, and here’s the movie depicting the journey to Saturn!!!!
