Classic Game Room buys a SEGA SATURN video game console
It’s an ADVENTURE!! Classic Game Room buys a SEGA SATURN video game console system!!! This action packed behind the scenes adventure film follows Classic Game Room to the front lines of video editing all the way into Squirrel Hill to buy a used Sega Saturn. The Saturn was not one of Sega’s most successful video game consoles, in fact you could say it failed horribly. However, that doesn’t mean that there aren’t some great games for it like Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, Virtua Fighter 2, Darius Gaiden, DoDonPachi, Doom, Shenmue, Guardian Heroes, Panzer Dragoon Zwei II, Sega Rally, Shining Force III, Snatcher and Sonic Jam. It is well known for 2D games like vertical and horizontal scrolling shooters, or SHMUPS like Gunbird. The SHMUP genre was never as popular in the United States and most people didn’t give a hoot about the Saturn because they were too busy playing Playstation back in the mid to late 1990′s. Well, whatever. Classic Game Room certainly doesn’t care if most other people thumbed their nose at it, we’re getting one, and here’s the movie depicting the journey to Saturn!!!!
